Challenge

Create a website that reinforces the brand's positioning and promotes its partners.

As part of its growth strategy and new geographical locations, Gold-Union wanted to encourage its target customers to take action, while enhancing the value of appointments made in its branches throughout France.

The requirement was to overhaul the e-commerce site of a player aiming to become a true benchmark in its market, while breaking with its codes, which are often perceived as old-fashioned and austere.

A modern e-commerce site, incorporating new digital codes in a rustic/old-fashioned market. 



  • Responding to customer needs in two distinct universes: buying gold and silver AND selling gold and silver/mainly re-purchasing jewelry. 



  • Prove expertise, seriousness and security while using a light, offbeat tone that speaks to today's targets.
