Context
Intim'Ed is a platform dedicated to inform and educate adolescents on sex education topics.
In collaboration with the Intimed teams, we created a business tool for the various administrators who have access to the platform, but also a part of the tool dedicated to courses and quizzes for students.
Understand the problem
One of the cornerstones of our project's success was the application of Design Thinking to service design. It was during our workshops that we were able to define the key features of the service, thus laying the groundwork for the first iteration of the final product.
However, our workshops did not stop at merely defining features. They were also a crucial step in identifying the different user profiles and their journeys. Indeed, a significant portion of our product is intended for administrators, but within this profile, needs, rights, and permissions vary substantially.

Thoroughly defining roles proved to be a crucial step before entering the production phase. It allowed us to avoid costly mistakes in the UX design stage. This user-centered approach was a fundamental pillar of the design process, ensuring that our product genuinely addressed the needs of each user, in line with the principles of Design Thinking.
Zoning and wireframing
During the UX design phase, the user journey wireframes were crafted and revealed the absence of certain steps. Following an iterative approach, we put forth new proposals to enhance the product's quality and coherence.

User interface
For the User Interface UI production, I followed the principles of Atomic Design. This modular approach allowed us to create a consistent and scalable design system. We designed reusable UI components, such as buttons, cards, and form elements, which could be assembled like building blocks. This not only ensured design consistency but also made the development phase more efficient.
During the production phase, our clients also needed to present a demo of the forthcoming platform to their partners. We created a high-fidelity prototype of a student journey. The demo focuses on a lesson and the completion of a quiz.
